Cottage No.1 comprises of two large bedrooms. One spacious king sized room with en-suite and what was formally our hay storage area, is now an exquisite twin room built within the eves of the roof. Low sloping ceilings add to the atmosphere of our beautiful barn conversion.

The bedrooms are exquisitely decorated to a luxury standard and illuminated with down lights and bedside lamps.

All of our sealy beds are dressed in Dorma country styled bedding ensuring an excellent comfortable nights rest just like home.

Both bedrooms have wooden floors and pine bed roomed furniture providing ample storage space for all your needs.

Windows overlook the picturesque hills of the Dee Valley bringing the Welsh countryside straight into the room.

Off the king bedroom is a beautiful en-suite. The decor is of attractive green Italian tiles and the room is fitted with a walk in shower, WC, washbasin and shaving point. The main family bathroom is identical to the decor of the en-suite, with a bath, WC, washbasin and shaving point.

The open plan lounge and kitchen is decorated and equipped to make your stay as cozy and as comfortable as possible. Cherry wood fronted units surround the kitchen and contain the washing machine, fridge, microwave, and toaster. ALl cooking utensils have been provided to cater for any occasion. We are sure that you will not be disappointed.

The luxury lounge area has cream leather sofas and a large country pine coffee table. The floor is of terracotta tiles and a large rug compliments the decor. Television, DVD, video and the music centre provide entertainment for a cozy night in. Attractive lighting adds atmosphere to whatever mood you are in.

We have a most unique feature in cottage No.1 which is a working 'water well' adapted into a beautiful oak dining room table with a glass top subtly lit from underneath, creating a warm ambiance.

Cottage No.2 is of the identical decor with similar furnishings and fixtures, all completed to our usual high standard. This cottage has a king bedroom with en-suite, one twin room and one double bedroom. It also has a family bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen and dinning area.

For both cottages a cot and high chair is available on request.
